Welcome to TAREEQ. By accessing or using our platform at tareeq.ink, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About TAREEQ

TAREEQ is a mobile car advertising platform based in Beirut, Lebanon. We connect advertisers with private vehicle owners ("drivers") to run advertising campaigns on wrapped vehicles across Greater Beirut and Lebanon.

2. Eligibility

By using TAREEQ, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• You are using the platform for lawful business purposes
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Advertiser Obligations

As an advertiser using the TAREEQ platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate campaign information and contact details
• Submit ad designs that comply with Lebanese law and public decency standards
• Not submit content that is political, religious, offensive, or discriminatory in nature
• Pay the agreed campaign fee prior to campaign launch
• Obtain all necessary rights and permissions for any creative materials submitted
• Not submit designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

4. Prohibited Content

TAREEQ reserves the right to reject any campaign. We will not accept advertising content that includes:

• Political messaging, party affiliations, or election-related content
• Religious messaging or content promoting any religious organization
• Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive material
• Content promoting illegal products or services
• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent claims
• Content that targets or demeans any group based on race, religion, gender, or nationality
• Competitor advertising that makes false comparative claims

5. Payment Terms

All campaigns must be paid in full before launch. The agreed monthly rate per vehicle is locked at the time of campaign submission. TAREEQ reserves the right to update pricing for future campaigns. No refunds will be issued once a campaign has launched and vehicles have been wrapped.

In the event that a campaign cannot proceed due to reasons on TAREEQ's end, a full refund or credit will be issued at TAREEQ's discretion.

6. Campaign Launch & Timeline

TAREEQ targets a launch window of 48 hours from confirmed payment and approved design. This timeline may vary based on vehicle availability, design approval time, and print shop capacity. TAREEQ will communicate any delays to the advertiser promptly.

7. Design Approval

All designs submitted are subject to review and approval by TAREEQ before printing. TAREEQ may request modifications to ensure compliance with these terms. Campaigns will not launch until the design has been approved by both the advertiser and TAREEQ.

8. Campaign Reports

Upon campaign completion, advertisers will have access to a live campaign report on their dashboard. This report includes estimated impressions, areas covered, and campaign duration. Impression figures are estimates based on available traffic data and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

9. Intellectual Property

Advertisers retain ownership of their submitted creative materials. By submitting a design, you grant TAREEQ a non-exclusive license to reproduce, print, and display the design on vehicles for the duration of the campaign. TAREEQ may also use campaign imagery for marketing purposes unless the advertiser explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

TAREEQ is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, supplier issues, or force majeure events
• Damage to wrapped vehicles arising from third-party actions
• Actual vs. estimated impression counts

Our total liability to any advertiser shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific campaign in question.

11. Cancellation Policy

Campaigns may be cancelled by the advertiser before the design approval stage for a full refund. Once a design has been approved and printing has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. TAREEQ reserves the right to cancel any campaign that violates these terms, with a full refund issued.

12. Platform Use

You agree not to misuse the TAREEQ platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scrape data, disrupt services, or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate advertising campaigns.

13. Privacy

TAREEQ collects and stores advertiser information including name, business name, email, and phone number for the purpose of campaign management. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is stored securely and used solely for operational purposes.

14. Amendments

TAREEQ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from the use of TAREEQ shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
